Supporting the LGBTQ+ Journey

Approach

Calm Scene

I integrate a range of therapeutic styles to create a space that suits your unique needs. My work is rooted in:

✅ Person-Centered & Humanistic Therapy – You are the expert in your own life. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore your experiences.
✅ Gestalt Therapy – Helping you gain awareness of patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
✅ Reality Therapy – Focusing on practical steps to create meaningful change in your life.
✅ Breathwork & Spirituality – Supporting deeper self-awareness and emotional regulation through mindfulness-based practices.

✅Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy:

I provide a supportive space for neurodivergent individuals, recognizing the unique challenges and strengths that come with neurodiversity. I incorporate the SPACE framework, originally designed for autistic individuals, which focuses on:

  • Sensory Needs

  • Predictability

  • Acceptance

  • Communication

  • Empathy.

🔹 Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We will work together to find an approach that feels right for you.
